On Saturday, March 11th, 2023, JORMED Academy held a basic course in echocardiography (heart sonography) for beginners at Helios Kliniken Kassel.

The course was supervised by colleagues Dr. Mohammed Abdel-Hadi, the head of the cardiology and emergency medicine department, and Dr. Wael Hdaib, and included four hours of theoretical training on the basics of echocardiography, followed by four hours of practical training on the echocardiography machine.

The participating colleagues were trained on the steps to perform a complete heart echocardiogram and had sufficient practical exercise in the following hours.

Some participants praised the course and expressed their enthusiasm for the advanced echocardiography course, which will take place in the near future, God willing.
