The financial committee has fiduciary duty to ensure the financial matters of the organization are in line with the mission of that organization. Our duties are:

1. Maintaining accurate and complete financial records
2. Prepairing the financial statement to be presented to the annual general meeting
3. Budgeting and anticipating financial issues
4. Safeguarding the association assets
5. Complying with the German regulating laws
6. Over view the memberships and the payment of the membership fees

This committee support the female colleagues in their issues facing discrimination in work places and in the society, either cause of sex or cultural discrimination. This committee collect useful information and advices and try to advice our female colleagues in their everyday problems.

We aim at helping in the integration process in this new society and to build bridges among the cultures.

The committee organizes meetings for the colleagues to get to know each other and to have the opportunity to exchange experiences and helpful advices.
